1. Initial Consultation

The initial consultation with you (the client) enables me to gather basic background information and discuss the current issues for your animal. This is done either by phone or email. I will need your animal companion's name, species, age and your name to contact the correct animal. It is always nice to see a photo, but it is not necessary for me to contact your animal. During this initial consultation, we will also set a follow up appointment to discuss the information from the animal communication session.

2. Details

You will need to provide me with about five specific questions that I will use in the communication session with the animal. Of course, I will ask more questions as needed during the session depending on your companion's responses to these initial questions.

3. Communication Session

Once I receive your specific questions, I will schedule a session with your animal. This will be a separate 90-minute session that I do with your animal at a discretionary time, not during our phone consultation. During this session, I will take notes on everything said between your animal and myself. There is usually a lot of information coming from this session.

4. Conclusion and Report

After the session, I will relay this information to you. Generally, I disseminate this information over the phone to you; however in certain cases where this is not feasible (such as significant time zone differences) an alternate form of communication will be used. Finally, I will type my notes from the session and offer them to you as a transcript of the session. You will have all of the information in writing to refer to at your leisure.
